I fell in love with Bowen therapy after a friend suggested I went for a session to help calm my nervous system and alleviate some resulting medical issues. After the first session, I was hooked! After several sessions, I felt calmer, my sleep had improved, my digestive issues had resolved and I just generally felt so much better.

Bowen therapy had such an impact on me that I decided to train to become a Bowen practitioner myself. During my training and now, since qualifying I have been astounded by the range of health conditions and injuries that Bowen can help with.

Whilst it can’t solve everything or help everyone, and neither is it a replacement for conventional medical intervention, I really enjoy being able to step back and treat clients holistically.

Hi, I’m Danielle Hill

Outside of work, I live and farm at Brynawelon with my husband, Tom and our three daughters. I enjoy running and love joining Maldwyn harriers club nights or taking part in Park run when I can. When I was younger I was a keen competitive swimmer and I’ve now found a passion in helping to coach at Newtown swimming club.
